I am looking for suggested companies/software that you may use for Human Resources (on-boarding, vacation and attendance tracking, evaluations etc.), as well as Accounting and Training. We've recently sat through webinars with Kronos, Pineapple and People Tracker to review what they can do for the H.R. and Accounting side.
From a training standpoint we are looking for something that can offer training for all employees covering a wide variety of topics, everything from Sexual Harassment, to Lock Out Tag Out; not only covering the initial training but notifying us when there are OSHA changes or new requirements as well as track when each employee is due for their annual training or when certifications may be expiring. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Christy
