Nicolet Plastics Inc.: We are currently using the CRM module of IQMS, but only in our customer service area as a means to document conversations that occur with customers. We are going to expand its usage and was curious as to how others have implemented it and set it up? We would like to expand its use into the Sales area and also use it more broadly throughout the organization as a communication tool. We are looking for some feedback as to others experiences, suggestions, input, etc. Your insight would be appreciated.
